  • Strengthen community health centers and rural hospitals so every Californian, wherever they live, can count on care that’s close, consistent, and compassionate.

  • Modernize rural roads and emergency routes to improve farm access and fire response

Energy

  • Launch a “Renew California” jobs program focused on solar, wind, and battery infrastructure

  • Require replacement infrastructure to be operational before decommissioning legacy plants, ensuring grid reliability.

  • Implement municipal grid rules so communities can generate and retain their own power revenue and reserves.

Housing

  • Modernize zoning to support mixed-income, multi-use developments that preserve community character.

  • Require infrastructure readiness assessments (water, energy, roads) before approving new large housing developments.

  • Incentivize reuse of vacant buildings and underused lots for affordable housing.

Transportation

  • Implement a Cost-Control System for the California High-Speed Rail Authority, to increase transparency and avoid further reckless spending

  • Fund new or existing county bus programs to disparate towns along with creating multi-county services to interlink the region

Education

  • Strengthen public education through improved teacher pay and classroom resources, as well as providing mental health services for students.

  • Deliver funding for emergent technical programs to retain talent, as well as form private-public partnerships for STEM programs.
